About This Work

EnvelopVR was a startup virtual reality company founded in 2015.  I was awarded this project after participating in their website project RFP.  To sell my concept I developed a quick prototype, a 3d rotating cube homepage built with CSS and Javascript.  During conecpting and discovery I determined the need for VR hardware and lifestyle image assets (they did not exist as the technology emerged).  I hired a local photographer and directed an in-house photoshoot to help bring the design to life.

Key Contributions

  1. Individual contributor for developing the marketing and developer websites which totaled 23 fully responsive unique page templates.
  2. Prototyped complex website functionality before implementation.
  3. Gathered all requirements and created the wireframes (IC).
  4. Directed a photoshoot to gather assets for design and marketing collateral.
  5. Designed and developed an intuitive custom content management system for easy content authoring and editing.
  6. Setup and configured custom forums for their developer community.
